The Marin Transit bus routes and schedules were modified and took effect on August 4th, 2013 to increase service in certain areas with ideally sized buses.

Route 22 no longer runs through Sausalito and now runs along the Marin City Donahue/Terners Hub, Seminary Drive, Strawberry, Tiburon Wye Bus Pad, Corte Madera, Larkspur, College of Marin, Ross, San Anselmo Hub Center, and San Rafael Transit Center Platform B on Weekdays.
Route 17 runs from the Sausalito Ferry Humboldt & Anchor to the Marin City Donahue/Terners Hub, Manzanita, Tam Junction, Tamalpais High School, Mill Valley Depot, East Blithedale/Tower Dr., Strawberry, Paradise Dr./Tamalpais Dr. in Corte Madera, Lucky Drive in Larkspur, and the San Rafael Transit Center Platform A on Weekdays only.
Route 115 runs from Bay and Bridgeway in Sausalito to the Marin City Donahue/Terners Hub, Tam Junction, Tamalpais High School, Mill Valley Depot, Mill Valley, Strawberry, and St. Hilary School on Weekdays only.
You can also take Route 222 from the Marin City Donahue/Terners Hub to Seminary Dr, Tiburon, Corte Madera, Larkspur, Marin General, and College of Marin on Weekdays only.
For Our Readers in Other Parts of Marin, Pay Attention to the Changes in These Routes:
Route 251 on (different Schedules on Weekends and Weekdays) now takes the place of Route 51.
Route 257 Weekdays only runs from San Rafael Transit Center, Dominican Univ, Northgate, Contempo, Health & Human Services, Hamilton Theatre, Pacheco Plaza, and now into Indian Valley Campus.
Route 259 On different schedules for Weekdays and Weekends this bus runs between San Rafael Transit Center, Marin Civic Center, Terra Linda, Marinwood, Hamilton Theatre, and now runs into Novato.
Route 219 (with different schedules on Weekends and Weekdays) now runs in place of Route 19.
Canal and Target
Route 23 Weekdays only now runs further east of the San Rafael Transit Center: from Sir Francis Drake/Olema Rd., Sir Francis Drake/Bank St., San Anselmo Hub Center/Sir Francis Drake, Fourth St./Greenfield Av., San Rafael Transit Center Platform A, Canal/Sonoma St., Kerner/Larkspur St., and Shoreline Pkwy at Target.
Route 28 Sundays only now takes over Route 29's previous weekend route. Route 29 still runs on the Weekdays but no longer stops at Irene/Francisco Blvd. This stop should be covered by Route 23's westbound bus.
