Sausalito is a hotbed for dogs and dog lovers, and with springtime finally coming it's time again for the Barkers by the Bay cutest canine competition and festival. The event is sponsored by the Sausalito Chamber of Commerce and entry fees benefit the Marin Humane Society and the Sausalito Dog Park as well as the Chamber.
