Sausalito Farmer's Market

For 2012 the Sausalito Farmers Market has moved from Friday nights to Sunday mornings, starting at 10 AM and running through 2:00 PM, in the new location at Dunphy Park. Dunphy Park is about one half mile north of the old location next to the Ferry pier, and is adjacent to Bridgeway so you can't miss the tents and tables as you drive by.
The market historically runs from May through October, but for 2012 has been expanded to operate on Sundays year round. Items for sale include produce, breads, dairy products and fresh-cut flowers.
The location and schedule change avoids conflicts with Jazz and Blues by the Bay, and with the large number of summer bike riders waiting in line for the ferries on Friday nights.
This once again is the Sausalito area's only Farmers Market. The Saturday morning Marin City event sponsored by the Agricultural Institute of Marin in 2010 did not return for 2011 due to a lack of funding.
