Golden Gate Ferry has informed us that ferry service today is being slowed by some kind of labor action.
If you’re planning to take the Ferry today you may want to consider taking Blue and Gold Fleet to Fisherman’s Wharf if no boat appears at the right time from Golden Gate bound for the Ferry Building.
The District and the Union have been in contract negotiations for an ectended period without reaching agreement.
Update: GGBHTD informs us that they will be sailing on their normal weekend schedule on Sunday, May 28.
