Golden Gate Ferries sail from the Tiburon Ferry pier to the Ferry Building in San Francisco, and have replaced the private Blue and Gold Fleet ferries that sailed to Pier 39 / Pier 41 at Fisherman’s Wharf.
Tiburon Ferry Ticket Price Levels for Tickets
Ferry tickets are now sold online by the Bridge District at this page, through ticket machines at the Ferry Building in San Francisco.
The Ferry Ticket machines accept cash and coins up to a limit of $20 bills, as well as debit cards and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). The machines operate during the same hours that the ferries are running, and can also be used to add value to your existing Clipper Card.
As of January 1, 2024, Golden Gate Ferry’s Tiburon Ferry price levels for tickets:
Adults $14.00 ($28.00 round trip)
with Clipper Card $7.75 ($15.50 round trip) (Almost half off!)
with Clipper START $3.90 ($7.80 round trip)
Seniors / Disabled / Medicare $7.00 ($14.00 round trip)
Kids Ages 5-18 $7.00 ($14.00 round trip)
Kids 4 and Under Free with paid adult, Max. 2 per adult.
If you ride the Ferry frequently you can buy a Clipper Card, which gives you large discounts on Ferry tickets.
