Sausalito City Hall Calendar
The City of Sausalito keeps an online calendar where they list all meetings of the Sausalito City Council, the Trees and Views Committee, the Planning Commission, the Parks and Recreation Commission, the Business Advisory Committee etc. All of the information is laid out conveniently on a calendar.
You can also click on the event to see additional information, such as the agendas for some meetings.
A Cautionary Note on Meeting Playback: After a meeting has happened, some meetings will have been recorded and you can play them back online in the “Soniclear Recording” box at the bottom of the agenda page, which lets you listen to the proceedings. The playback feature is an all-or-nothing affair, however, and its fast forward and rewind only go to the beginning or end of a tape… and don’t come back to where you were listening. So if you hit a button by accident it means starting over listening at the beginning again. (Can you tell we’ve gritted our teeth over that one when we waited a half hour to hear an item and then hit the wrong key?) Still, the City is setting a good example by making so much information available online.
