We are sorry to report that there will be no Sausalito Halloween Parade this year due to the pandemic. We hope for a return in 2021.
Sausalito Halloween Parade and Trick-or-Treating
Robin Sweeny Park and Caledonia St., Sausalito CA 94965 (See Map Below)
Each year on October 31 the Sausalito Parks and Recreation Dept. organizes a Sausalito Halloween Parade, safe trick or treats and two versions of a haunted house (one for youngsters, one for the slightly less young) in the Caledonia St. neighborhood of Sausalito. The Parade starts at 6:00PM sharp at the Station 1 Firehouse (corner of Johnson & Caledonia streets) and finishes at Robin Sweeny Park.
Festivities also include a firefighters barbecue (4:30PM at the firehouse on the corner of Johnson and Caledonia) and a dog Howl’O’Ween costume contest (6:30PM at Robin Sweeny Park).
The Haunted House is located in the Game Room at City Hall. Child-friendly version from 4:15PM – 5:00PM. The Haunted House re-opens in full terror mode at 6:15PM – 8:00PM. Recommended donation of $5 per person or $20 per family. If you would like to volunteer at the Haunted House, please call the Recreation Supervisor Linda Finch at (415) 289-4140.
