Fast Forward Summary^TM:  All the Chinese restaurants in Sausalito over the last twenty years have lived in the shadow of the now-departed Jennie Low's in nearby Mill Valley, which currently operates only in Petaluma and Novato, far to the North.  Jennie Low's won every regional newspaper honor for Chinese food year in and year out, leaving the Sausalito entrants out in the cold.  But even with Jennie more distant, Feng Nian still suffers from being across the street from Tommy's Wok, which regularly appears on OurSausalito.com's Top Ten Restaurants List.  Nevertheless, Feng Nian has also built its own following of local lunch and dinner customers.
