Sausalito Gingerbread House Tour
When: December 1-31, 2022
Where: Scattered across Downtown Sausalito and the Caledonia Street Neighborhood and other fascinating locations in town (scroll down for detailed map).
Cost: Free!
For many Sausalito area locals, this event is one of the highlights of the Holiday season each year. One of these days I want to make a Gingerbread House so our office can join the Sausalito Gingerbread House Tour. All I need is a free day with nothing else in my plans. In ten or fifteen years, max, I’ll check this off my list. In the meantime, I’ll have to satisfy myself with trekking the tour as a spectator and would-be chef de patisserie!
In the meantime, however, we’re again serving as one of the sponsors of The Sausalito Gingerbread House Tour in 2022, joining the great folks at Sausalito’s Kimber Communications.
Gotta Catch ’em All! Here’s Where to Find Them…
Gingerbread houses will be displayed all across Sausalito, with the highest density of installations downtown on Bridgeway and Princess St., along the view areas of the Bridgeway Promenade and along the sidewalks of the Caledonia Street neighborhood. Maps with the display location of each gingerbread house will be distributed starting in mid-November at the Sausalito Visitors Center operated by the Chamber of Commerce, and at the shops and offices of the teams displaying the gingerbread houses.
You can check out photos of the houses and announcements about the event on their Facebook page throughout the Holidays by clicking here.
